Guidelines and Templates

In conjunction with the ESAFS 2024 theme, papers of relevant topics within the conference theme are invited for oral/poster presentations. Authors are requested to submit one page abstract.

- Abstract Submission (Stage 1): Before 30 October, 2023 (Completed).

- Notification of Acceptance for Abstract Submission (Stage 1): From 22 November 2023.

- Deadline for Participants received Notification of Acceptance for Abstract Submission (Stage 1) complete the ESAFS 2024's Google Registration Form (ONLY for Participants received Notification of Acceptance for Abstract Submission - Stage 1) and submit the Full Paper in English to esafs2024@tuaf.edu.vn (ONLY in case of accepted participants request and following the ESAFS 2024’s Full paper format): By 14 January 2024.

- Extension of Deadline Abstract Submission (Stage 2): Extension by 10 December 2023. (Completed).

- Notification of Acceptance for Abstract Submission (Stage 2): After 10 December 2023.

- Deadline for Participants received Notification of Acceptance for Abstract Submission (Stage 2) complete the ESAFS 2024's Google Registration Form (ONLY for Participants received Notification of Acceptance for Abstract Submission (Stage 2) and submit the Full Paper in English to esafs2024@tuaf.edu.vn (ONLY in case of accepted participants request and following the ESAFS 2024’s Full paper format): By 14 January 2024.
